AI phone receptionist
Asked about a 12-person party next Saturday. AVA took a message — needs a manager to confirm.
Wants a table for 2 tonight at 20:00, but you're fully booked. Asked for a call if a table opens up.

Restaurant
Your branding, contact details and legal identity.
Branding
Stored on this device in the preview build — your developer connects real uploads later.
Drives buttons and accents in guest-facing pages and emails.
Restaurant details
The trading name and contact details guests see.
Google does not provide email addresses — this one has to be typed in by hand.
Company & legal details
Used on receipts, gift vouchers, booking terms and the privacy notice.
These details appear in guest emails, gift vouchers, the booking widget, the booking terms and the privacy notice — and they are what the AI phone agent uses to answer questions like “what's your address?”.
Social profiles
Paste the full profile URLs. These become the icons in guest emails.
Connects the restaurant to Google services — maps, reviews and reserve-with-Google.
Google listing
Find your restaurant on Google once — AVA keeps the link for maps, reviews and reserve-with-Google.
Floor
Places, tables, combinable groups and how each place is presented to guests online.
Booking rules
These rules are enforced automatically on the website and on AVA's phone bookings. Staff can override them — with a warning.
Payments
Card holds, deposits, prepayments, bookable events, gift cards and promotion codes.
Card guarantees, deposits and prepayments are applied automatically to bookings that match a policy — on the website, in the widget and on AVA's phone bookings.
Bookable offers guests can choose on the public booking page. Usually paid in full at booking.
Website widget
The booking widget on your own website — how to install it and which languages it offers.
In this preview build the check marks it as found. The real check waits for a page load from your own domain.
Your snippet
It already knows which restaurant it belongs to. There is nothing to fill in or change — copy it exactly as it is.
Where do I paste this?
Choose what your website is built with.
Email these instructions
Most owners have someone who looks after the website. This sends them the snippet and the steps for the platform above.
Guests see a language switcher when more than one is on.
Emails
The emails guests receive, and where their replies land.
Where your emails come from
Nothing to do with your domain or DNS. AVA sends from its own address with your restaurant's name on it.
Reply-to and sender name
The reply-to address is the one thing you have to supply. Use an inbox somebody reads every day.
Guests see your name on the email. When they hit reply, the answer arrives at this address — not at AVA.
Which emails go out
Both are sent automatically — for bookings made online, by AVA on the phone, or by your staff.
Send me a test email
Arrives exactly as a guest would receive it, so you can check the name and the reply address.
AI receptionist
What AVA may decide on her own when she answers the phone.
